We are unable to offer refunds on sale items but can offer an exchange for sale items if returned within 7 days. Any refunds will be issued by the original payment method, to the value of the item printed on the receipt. For debit/credit card refunds, the card and the cardholder must be present. * Gifts bought for Christmas between 1st October and 24th December can be returned up to 28 days after Christmas Day (22nd January).
